    • Down-regulation + recalibration of stress responses
    • Breath, positioning, and somatic-based work
    • Support in shifting your baseline state

We’re not just training muscles. We’re training how your body organizes, supports, and responds under load.

The same principles used in 1:1 sessions apply here — but through structured, progressive training.
