All sessions, packages, classes, ceremonies, and services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All purchases are non-transferable.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations, missed sessions, or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled or refunded

This applies to all private training sessions and 1:1 bookings.

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions do not roll over unless discussed and approved in advance.

By purchasing a package, you are committing to the structure and time period outlined at the time of purchase.

Class purchases and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Spaces in class are limited, and advance booking may be required.

If a class must be cancelled or changed by the organizer, a credit or transfer will be offered where appropriate.

Custom ceremonies and private events require advance notice and are confirmed only once payment has been received.

A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required for custom ceremony bookings.

Bookings requested with shorter notice may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.

Once a custom ceremony or private event is confirmed, payments are non-refundable.

If rescheduling is requested, it will be considered based on availability and at the sole discretion of Flow with Micah.

Final booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Private sessions, workshops, and classes offered as part of retreats or special events are subject to the specific terms set by the event organizer in addition to these policies.

Pre-booked 1:1 sessions connected to a retreat or event are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By booking or participating in any session, class, ceremony, workshop, retreat service, or event, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate.

You agree to inform Micah of any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or health changes that may affect your participation.

If you are unsure whether participation is appropriate for you, you are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before booking or attending.

By participating in any service offered by Flow with Micah, including but not limited to private training, yoga, restorative sessions, workshops, ceremonies, retreats, classes, and events, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

You accept full responsibility for your body, your choices, and your participation.

Flow with Micah and Micah Ornoch are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in any service, session, class, ceremony, workshop, retreat, or event.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

All services are offered for educational, wellness, and informational purposes only.

No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

Individual results will vary depending on personal circumstances, consistency, participation, and other factors outside of my control.

From time to time, photos or video may be taken during classes, ceremonies, workshops, or events.

If you do not wish to appear in any photo or video content, please communicate that clearly in advance or at the start of the event.
